RESOLUTZON SHORTENING TERM OF BONDS
LAKERIDGE V~LLAGE ASSESSMENT DZSTR~CT
The Baazd a~ Supervisors of ~he County of Butte reso~ves:
Pursuant to Chapter 4.5 of Divis~.on 12 0£ the Streets and
Highways Code (Municipal. I~nprovement Act o~ 1913}, and upon the
wri~ten request and consent o~ thc~ owner o~ the a.l~ of the land to
be assessed in the Lakeridge Village Assessmen~ District, Coun~y of "
Butte, State o~ Cali~ornia, the Baard of Supervisors hereby amends
al~. proceedings ~or ~the Lakeridge Vil,lage Assessment Distzict to
provide tha~ the ~ast instal~.ment of the improvement bonds to be
~.ssued in ~hese proceedings under the Improvem~nt Act of 1911
shall mature nine {9) y~ars (i~stead o£ ~ourt~en year~) from the
second day of January n~xt succeeding the n~xt S~p~e~ber lst ~ollow-
ing their date.
A11 reso~utions o~ the Boa:~d of Superviso~s and o~her
documents are hereby arnended to state the shortened term ~ar these
i.mpravement boncls, and in particula~, Resol.ution Na. 8~-235, adopted
by this Board on October 13, I981, is hereby ~econ~i.rmed with ~he
abov~--desczibed amendment. '
