RESOLUTION FOR SIR~(NIARY ABAND023MENT FdR A PORTION OF GLEN AVENUE
WHEREAS, a portioa of G1en Avenue is no longer necessarq or required
£or raad purposes; aad
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Streets and Hi.ghways Code, Section 8334, the
Board finds that portion of Glen Avenue should 6e summarily vacated,
NOW, TfiEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Sutte, State of California, as follows:
The por~i.oa o£ Glen Avenue as described in attached Exhibit "A", is
hereby summarily vacated and abandoned pursuant to Streets and Highways Code
Section 8334.
Reserving therefrom an easement for any publxc uti.7.ities over, under
and across and through fihe pzoperty described herein.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board o£ Supervisozs o£ the County o£ Sutte,
State of California~ this 27th day of October ~ 1981~ by the
