and others requesting the abandonment of a public utility easement and
recreational easement as described belaw; and
WHEREAS, pursuanr to Chapter 3, Part 3 of Division 9 of
California Streets and Highways Code, this Board shail set a date
for a heaxing on the petition for abandonment.
NOW, THEREFaRE, BE IT RESQLVED by the Board of Supervisors:
l. That this Board herebq gives notice that at its
regu~ar meeting on December 1
, 1981, at 10:00 a.m., in the
Board Chambers, BuCte County Administration Building, Oroville,
California, a hearing sha11 be held on the abandonment of the
following described easemenC:
Being that cerrain 10 foot public utility easement
and recreational easement lying within a portion
of Section 25, T23N, R3E, MDB&M, also being a
pottzon of Lot 131 as shown on the Map of Paradise
Pines Unit 8 recorded in Book 38 Maps of Record
aC Pages 1 through 4, County of Butte, State of
California, more particularly described as follows:
Being that certain 10-foot public utility easement
and recreational easement lying southwesterly of
and parallel with the most easterly 1ot line of
said Lot 131. Beginning at the most northerly iot
corner; thence S 22°14'S6"E, 77.00 feet.
Excepting therefrom the most southerly IO feet
lying wiChin the 10 foot public ~tility easement
and drainage easement.
2. That a map showing said portion of said public utilzty
easement and recreational easement to be abandoned is on file ar ~he
Butte County Public Works Department, 7 County Center Drive, Oroville,
Califotnia.
