AGREEMENT N0. 1151, AMENDMENT
N0. 1- M~DFLY TRAP PRO3RAM
WI~EREAS, this Board has reviewed Standard Agreement
No. 1151, Amendment No.l for the Medfly Trap Program; and
WHEREAS, this Board desires to enter into such a
contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Butte Countp
~pard of Supervisors that:
l. This Boarfl agrees to enter into Contract No. 1151,
Amendment No. 1 with the S~ate of California, Department of
Food and Agriculture, for the Medfly Trap Program, a copy of
which is attached here~o as Exhibi~ "A".
2. That the Chairman of the Board is au~horized to
sign said contrac~.
PASSED AND ADOPT~D by the Butte County Board of
Supervisors this 3rd day of November, 1981, by the following
vote:

It is nerebv mutually agreed that Standard Agreement No. 1151 dated 7vly 1, 19E1 be amended

1. Increase the total number of traps to be serviced by the county as follows:
