EASEMENT AND RECREATZONAL EASEMENT
WHEREAS, this Board has received a petition from Charles D.
McCulley and o~hexs reque5ting the abandonment o~ a public uti~i~y
easemen~ and recreational easemen~ as described helow; and
WHEREAS, pur~uant to Chapter 3, Par~ 3 of Div~sion 9 of
Cali~ornia Streets and Highways Cod~, tnis Board sha11 set a date for
a hearing on ~he petition for abandonment.
NOW, THEREFORE, ~E ZT RESOLVED by the Board af Supervisors:
