Tyler and othe~s requesting the abandonment of an a11eq as described
below; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Chapter 3, Part 3 0~ Division 9 of
California Streets and Highways Code, this Board shall set a date
for a hearing on the petition for abandonment,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors:
1. That this Board hereby gives notice that at its regular
meeting on December 1 , 1981 at 10:~0. a•m., in the Board Chambers,
Butte Co~nty Administration Building, Oroville, California, a hearing
shall be held on the abandonment of the following described alley:
Situated in a portion of T~9N, R3E, MDB&M and being
a portion of that certain 15-toot alley lying in
Block 5Q as shown on the map of Thermalito recorded
on Wall Map Number 6, County of Butte, State oE
California, more particularly described as follows:
Being the south 7.5 feet of that cerCain alley lying
north of and adjacent to Lot 17; also being all of
that 15-foot alley lying between Lots 1 through 5
and 18 through 22.
Said map is on £i~e in the Butte County Recorder's
Off~ce, County of Butte, State of Calfiornia.
2. That a map showing said portion of said alley to be
abandoned is on file at the Public Works Department,.7 CounCq Center
Drive, Oroville, California.
3. That this Resolution be posted and published pursuant
to the provisions of Chapter 3, Part 3 of Division 9 of California
Streets and Highways Code.
