Moscucci and others requesting the abandonment of a pubLic utility
easemenr as described below; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Chapter 3, Part 3 of Division 9 of
California Streets and Highways Code, this Board shall set a date
for a hearing on the petition for abandonmen~,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT 1tESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors:
l. That this Board hereby gives notice that at its regular
meeting on December 1 , 1981 at 10:00 a•~•, in the Board Chambers,
BuCte County Administration Building, Oroville, California, a hearing
shall be held on the abandonment of the following described easement:
Being that certain 1a-~oot public utiliCy easement
lying wiChin a portion of Section 23, T23N, R3E,
MDB&M. Also being a portion of LoC 53 as shown on
ehe Map of Paradise Pines Unit 12, recorded in Book
38 Maps of Record at pages 24 through 27, County of
Butte, State of California, more particularly
described as follows:
Being that certain 10-foot public utility easement
lying southeastexly of and parallel with the north-
westerly lot line of said Lot 53, beginning at the
most westerly corner; thence N 38°47'40"E, 80.00
feet to the most northerly corner and the end of
the described line.
2. That a map showing said portxo^ of said public utility
easement to be abandoned is on file at ~he Butte County Public Works
Department, 7 County Center Drive, Oroville, California.
3. That this Resolution be posted and published pursuant
to the provisions of Chapter 3, ParC 3 of Division 9 of California
Streets and Highway Code.
