RESOLUTION ABANDONING A PUBLZC UTILITY
EASEMENT AND RECREATIONAI, EASEMENT
This matter came on regularly for heaxing before the
Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,
on November 3, , 1981, in the Board Chambers, ~utte County
Administration Building, Oroville, California, and it appearing to
said Soard that a Notice of Time and Place of Hearing of said
Abandonmen~ was duly and regularly gi.ven as required by law, and
testimony and evidence, both oral and documentary, having been
produced at said hearing, from which said Board now finds that the
hereinafter described Public C7Cility Easement and Recreational Ease-
ment is unnecessary for present or prospectave public use.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT TS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
1. That the public utility easement and recrea~ional ease-
ment situated in the County of Butte, State of California, as herein-
after more particularly described is hereby abandoned.
2. That the description of said public u~ility easement
and recreational easement so abandoned is situated in the County of
Butte, State of California, and more particularlq described as
follows:
Being those cerCain ten-foot public utility easements
and recreational easements and a five-foot public
utility easetnenCs lying within Section 36 T23N, R3~,
MDB&M also lying with Lots 127, 130, 13J., 132, 134
and 135 as shown on the Map of Paradise Pines Country
Club Estates Unit 3, Recorded in Book 38 Maps of
Record at Pages 64 through 68, County of Butte, State
of California, being more particularly described as
follows:
Lot 127
1. Being that certain five-foot public utility
easement lying northwesterly of and parallel
with the southeasterly lot line of said 1ot,
beginning at the most southerly lot corner,
thence N 60°41'37" E 202.81 feet.
Excepting therefrom the most westerly 25 feet
Lying within the 25-foot setback line.
2. Being that certain €ive-foot public utility
easement lying westerly of and paralZel with
the easterly lot Iine of said lot, beginning at
tkae southeasterly 1ot corner, thence N O1°22'37"
