now recommends award o~ ~he construction contract to the
lowest respon,szble biclder, Lund Cons~zucti.on Ca., whose bid

The Soard ot Superviso~s ~herefore awards the
contrac~ to that bi.dder. All o~her bic3s are ze~ected.
Tk~e Board of Supervisors directs the County C~erk
to pub~ish a notice of awa.rd o~ can~rac't.
The Board af Supervisors au'~horizes and dir~cts
the Chairman of the Board of Superv~.sors and the Coun~y
ClerEc ~Eo sign the wri~~en contract ~or this const~uction
when i~ is presented ~o them for szgnature, a~.ong w~.th the
sure~y bonds ana a.nsurance certi~ica~es required by the
construction specifications.
