RESOLUTIOI3 ABANDONING A PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT
This matter came on regularly for hearing before the Board
of Supervisors of the County of BurCe, StaCe of Cali€ornia, on
November 10 , 198I, in Che Board Chambers, Butte County Adma.n9strata.on
Building, Oroville, California, and it appearing to said Board that
a Notice of Time and Pla~e of Hearing of said Abandonment was duly
and regularly given as required by law, and testimony and evidence,
borh oral and documen~ary, having been produced at said hearing,
from which said Board now finds that the hereina~tex described
Public Uti.lity Easement is unnecessary for present or prospectave
public use.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
1. That the public utility easement situated in the
County of Butre, Stare of California, as hereinafter more particularly
described is hereby abandoned.
2. That the description of said public utility easement
so abandoned is situated in the County of Butte, State of California,
and more particularly described as follows:
PP2, Lot 162

Being that certain 20-foot public utility easement
lying wirhin Section 14, T23N, R3E, MDM, also being
a portion of Lot 162 as shown on the Map of Paradise
Pines Unit 2, recorded in Book 35 Maps of Record at
pages 71 througi~ 7G, County of Butte, State of
California, being more particularly described as
~ollows:
Being that certain 20-foot public utility easement
lying easterly of and para~.le1 with the westerly 1ot
line of said Lot 162, beginning at the southwesterly
lot corner of said Lot 162; thence N 00°20'58"W,
184.64 feet to the northwesterly lot corner of said
Lot 162.
