documentary, taaving been proc3uced at said hearing, from which sa~d
Board now f~nds that the hereinafter described portion of public
streets in the Town of Durham is unnecessary for present or
prospective pub].ic use.

1. ThaC the portion of public streets in rhe Town of
Durham situated in rfie County of Butte, State of California, as
hereinafter more particularly described is hereby abandoned.
2. That the description of said portion of public streets
in the Town of burham abandoned is situated in the County of Butte,
State of California, and more particularly described as follows:
