SEWER AND TO DISSOLVE THE STIRLING CITY SEWER MAINTENANCE DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, heretofore on the 13th day of 'Oetober-, ~98~, the Board of
Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of Californ~a, adopted and passed
a resolution of notice of intention to establish a county service area and
dissolve a~aintenance district entitled Coun~y Service Area No. 82 Stirling
City Sewer; and
WHEREAS, said resolution fixed the 24~h day of November, 1981, at
10:15 a.m. of said day in the Board of Supervisors' Room of the County
Administration Center in the City o£ Oroville, State o~ California, as the time
and place for the public hearing on the establzshmen~ of said area and the
assessment of a service charge; and
WHEREAS, no written protests against the es~ablishment thereof were
filed in accordance with Section 25210.17 of the Government Cod2.
NOW, THEREFORF, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Bizt.te, State of California, as follows:

that pub].ication and notices were ~iven pursuant thereto and that said Soard
finds and determines that the extent to which the services described in the
rsolution of intention are extended county services.
2. That said Board hereby determines to establish said county service area.
3. That the boundaries of said service area is hereby finally determined
and established to be the same as are shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference and made a part of by this resolution.
~. That ~he name of said service area so established is County Service
Area No. 82 Stzxlzng Czty Sewer.
5_ That the type of extended county serv~ce to be provided within
said area is sanitary sewer service.
b. Tha~ said coun~y service area is estab~ished for a11 purposes
subject only to compliance with the requirements of Chap~~r 8, Part I, Division II,
Tit1e V of the Government Code and subject to the provisions of Article ?_.5,
Chapter 2.2, Part I, Div~sion II, Title III of the Government Code of the State
of California.
