~AS~MENT AND RECR~ATIONAL EASEMENT
This matter came on regularly for hearing before the
Board of Supervisors o~ Che County of Butte, State of California,
on December 1 , 1981, in the Board Chambers, Butte County
Administration Build~ng, Oroville, California, and it appearing to
said Board that a No~ice of Time and Place of Hearing of said
Abandonmenr was duly and regularly given as required by Iaw, and
tesrimony and evidence, both oral and documentary, having been
produced at said hearing, from which said Board naw finds that the
hereinafrer described Pvblic Utility Easement and Recreational Ease-
ment is unnecessary for present or prospective public use.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
1. Thar ~he public utility easement and recreational ease-
menr situated in the County of Butte, State of California, as herei.n-
aftex more particularly described is hereby abandoned.
2. That the description of said public utility easement
and recreational easement so abandoned is situated in the County of
BurCe, State of California, and more particularly described as
follows:
Being that certaan 10 foot public utility easement
and recreational easement lying within a por~ion
of Section 25, T23N, R3E, MDB&M, also be~ng a
porCion of Lot 131 as shown on the Map of Paradise
Pines Unit 8 recorded in Book 38 Maps o~ Record
at Pages 1 through 4, County of B~tte, State of
California, more particularly described as follows:
Being that certain IO-foot pulslic util.ity easement
and recreational easement lying southwesterly of
and parallel with the most easterly lot line of
saic3 Lot 131. Beginning at the most nor~herly lot
corner; thence S 22°14'S6"E, 77.00 feet. ~„

3. That the Clerk of this Board shall cause a certified
copy of Chis Resolution, with the seal of the Board of Supervisors
of ~he County of Butte, State of California, to be recorded in the
office of the Recorder of the County of ~utte, State of California.
