This matter came on regularly for hearing before the
Board of Supervi.sors of the County of Butte, State of California,
o~ 4ecemb.er 1 , 1981, in the Board Chambers, Butte County
Administration Building, Oroville, California, and it appearing to
saicf Board that a Notice of Time and Place of Hearing of said
Abandonment was duly and regul.arly given as required by 1aw, and
~estimony and evidence, both oral and documentary, having been
produced at said hearing, from which said Board now fizads t~at the
hereinafter described Public Utility Easement and ~tecreational Ease-
znent is unnecessary tor present or prospective publfe use.
NOW, THEREFORE, TT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
I. That the public utili~y easement and recreational ease-
ment si.tuated in the County of Butte, State of California, as herein-
after more particularly described is hereby abandoned.
2. That the description of said public utiiity easement
and recreational easement so abandoned is situated in the County of
Butte, State of California, and z~ore particularly described as

easement and recreational easement lying north-
easterly of and parallel with the southwesterly

southerly corner of said Lot 96; thence N38°55'15"W,
54.22 feet to the most westerly corner of said Lot 96.
2. Being that certain 10 foot public utility
easement lying northwesterly of and parallel with
the southeasterly lot line of said Lo~ 96,
beginning at the most souther~y corner of said
