This matter came on regU~arly for hearing before the
Board of Supervisors of the Counry of Butte, State of California,
o~ necember 1 , 1981, a.n the Board Chambers, Butte County
Administration Building, Oraville, California, and it appearing to
said Board that a Notice of Tame and Place of Hearing of said
Abandonment was duly and regularly given as.required by law, and
testimony and evidence, both otal and documentary, having been
produced'at said hearing, from which said Board now finds that the
hereinafter described Publa.c Utility Easement and Recreational Ease-
ment is unnecessary for present or prospective public use.
', NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
PUBLIC WORKS
1. That the public utility easement and recreational ease-
ment situated in the County of Butte, Stare of California, as herein-
after more particularly described is hereby abandoned.
2. That the description of said public util.ity easement
and recreational easement so abandoned is situated in the County o~
Butte, State of California, and more particularly described as
follows:
Being those certain 12-foot public ueility easements
and recreational easements and 10-foot public
utility eas~ments and recreational easements lying
within a portion of Section 25, T23N, R3E, MDM, also
being a portion of Lot 103, 104, 108 and 112 through
'116 as shown on the Map of Paradise Pines Unit 11, ~
recorded in Book 38 Nfaps of Record at Pages 17 ~
',through 19, also a portion of Lot 173 as shown on ~
the Map of Paradise Pines Unit 10, recorded in Book ~
38 Maps of Record at pages 11 through 14, County of ~

RESOLUTION ABANDONING A PUBLIC UTILITY
EASEMENT AND RECREATIONAL EASEMENT

2. Being that certain 10-foot public utility
easement and recreational easement lying north-
westerly of and parallel with the southeasterly lot
line ot said Lot 116, beginning at the most southerly
lot carner of said Lo~ llb; thence N 57°01'30"E
154.39 fee~, excep~ing the most southerly 25 feet
lying within the 25-foot setback line.
3. Being that certain 10-foot public utility
easement and recreational easement lying south-
easterly of and parallel with the northwesterly
lot Iines of said Lo~s 1Q3 and 1U4, beginning at
the most westerly lot corner of said Lot 103; thence
N 52°05'08"E, 159.33 feet ~o the most northerly lot
corner of said Lot 104, excepting therefrom the
northeasterly 25 feet lying within the 25-foot
setback Line.
4. Being that cerCain 10-foot pub~ic utility easement
and recreational easement lying northeasterly of and
parallel with the southwesterly lot line of said Lot
108, beginning at the most southerly lot corner of
said Lot I08; thence N 38°25'19"W 8~.34 ~eet to the
most westerly lot corner of said Lot 108.
5. Being Chat certain 12-toot public utility
easement and recreational easement lying northerly
of and parallel wi~h the southerly lot line of said
Lot 173, beginning at the most easterly lot corner
of said Lot 173; thence S 29°54'15"W, 60.00 feet;
thence N 46°10'09"W 173.28 feet to the most westerly
lot corner of said Lot 173; excepting therefrom the
most easterly 10 feet lying within the 10-~oot
drainage easement.
3. That the Clerk of this Board shall cause a certified
copy of this Resolution, with the seal of the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of California, to be recorded in the
office of the Recorder of the County of Butte, State of California.
