This matter came on regularly for hearing before rhe Board
of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, on
December 1 , 1981, in the Board Chambexs, Butte Counry Administration
Building, Oroville, Californa.a, and it appearing to said Board that
a Notice of Time and P1ace of Hearzxag o£ said Abandonment was duly
and regularly given as required by law, and testamony and evidence,
both oral and documentary, having been produced at sa~d hearing,
from which said Board now finds that the hereinafter described
Public Utility Easement is unnecessary for present or prospective
public use.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
1. That the pubLic utility easement situated in the
Co~nty of Butte, State of California, as hereinafter more particularly
described is hereby abandoned.
2. That the description o~ said public utility easement
so abandoned is situated in the County of Butte, State of California,
and more particularly described as follows:
Being that certain 10-foot public utzla.ty easement
lying within a portion of Secrion 23, T23N, R3E,
MDB&M. Also being a portion of Lot 53 as shown on
the Map of Paradise Pines Una.t 12, recorded in Book
' 38 Nfaps of Record at pages 24 through 27, County of
Butte, State of California, more particularly
described as follows:
Being that certain 10-foor public utility easement
lying southeasterly of and parallel with the north-
westerly lot line of sa~.d Lot 53, be~inning at the
most westerly corner; thence N 3$°47 40"E, 80.00
feet to the most northerly corner and the end of
the described line.

3. That the Clerk of thxs Board shall cause a cer~ified
copy of this Resolution, with the seal of the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of California, to be recorded in the
office of the Kecorder of the County o£ ~utte, S~are of Califoxnia.
