Thi.s matter came on regularly for hearing before the
Board of 8upervasors of the County of Butte, State o£ California,
on necember i , 1981, in the Board Chambers, Butte County
Administration Building, 4roville, California, and it appearing to
said Board that a Notice of Time and Place of Hearing of said
Abandonment was duly and regularly given as required by law, anci
testimony and evidence, both oral and documentary, having been
produced at said hearing, from which said Board now finds that the
hereinafter described Public Utili~q Easement and Recreational Ease-
ment is unnecessary for present or prospective public use.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as ~ollows:
1. That ti~e public utility easement and recreatzonal ease-
ment situated in the County of Butte, State of California, as herein-
after more particularly described is hereby abandoned.
2. That tt~e description of 'said public utility easement
and recreational easement so abandoned is situaCed in tkae County of
Butte, State of California, and more particularly described as
follows:

3. Be~ng that certain five-foot pubic utility
easement lying southeasterly of and parallel with
the northwesterly lot line of said Lot 8, beginning
at the most westerly lot corner of said Lot 8;
thence N 46°Ob'32"E, 130.00 feet to the most northerly
lot corner o~ said Lot 8. Excepting therefrom th~
most southerly 20 feet lying within the 2U-foot
setback line.
3. That the C~erk of this Board shall cause a certified
copy of this Resolution, with the seal of the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of California, to be recorded in the
office of the Recorder of the County of Butte, State of California.
