This maCter came on regularly for hearing before the
Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,
on December 1 >~.981, in the Board Chambers, Butte Caunty
Administration Building, Orovxlle, Ca~.ifornia, and it appearing to
said Board that a Notice of Time and Place of Hearing of said
Abandonment was duly and regularly given as required bq law, and
testimony and evidence, both oral and documen~ary, having been
produced at said hearing, from wha.ch said Board now finds that the
hereinafter described Public UtiJ.ity Easement and Recreational Ease-
ment is unnecessary for present or prospective public use.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDF~RED as follows:
I. That the publzc utility easemen~ and recreational ease-
ment situated in the County of Butte, Statie of California, as herein-
after more particularly described is herebq abandoned.
2. That the descripCion of said public utility easement
and recreational easement so abandoned is situated in the County of
Butte, State of California, and more particularly described as
follows:
Being that cer~ain 10-foot public utility easement
and recreational easement lying within a portion of
Section 26, T23N, R3E, MDM, also being a portion of
Lot 98 as shown on the map of Paradise Pines Unit
15, recorded in Book 38 Maps of Record at pages 42
to 44, County of But~e, State of California, being
more particularly described as foilows:
1. Being that certain 10-foot public utility
easement and recreational easement lying easterly
ot and parallel wikh the westerly lot line of said
Lot 98, beginning at Che southwesterly Iot corner
of said Lot 98; thence N 00°15'14"W, 133.63 feet
to the northwesterly lot corner of said lot.
Excepting therefrom the most southerly 20 i~eet
lying within the 20-foot setback line.

2. Being that certafn 10-foot public utility
easement and recreational easement lying southerly
of and parallel wi~h the northerly Zor line of said
Lot 98, beginning at the northeasterly lot ~orner
of said LoC 98; thenCe N 85°09'28"W, 93.Q0 feet to
the northwesterly lot corner of said lot.
Excepting therefrom the most easterly 2U feet
lying within the 20-foot setbaek 1ine.
3. That the C1erk of this Board shall cause a certif~ed
copy of this Resol~tion, with the seal of the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of California, to be recorded in the
office of the Recorder of the County of Sutte, State of California.
