This matter came on regularly for hearing before the
Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,
an December 1 , 198i, in the Board Chambers, Butte County
Administration Building, Oroville, California, and it appearing to
said Board that a Noti.ce of Time and Place of Hearing of said
Abandonment was duly and regularly given as required by 1aw, and
testimony and evidence, both oral and documentary, having been
produced at said hearing, from which said Board now finds that the
hereinafter described Public Utility Easement and Recreational Ease-
ment is unnecessary for present or prospecta.ve public use. ,
NOW, THER~~'ORE, ZT IS HEREBX ORDERED as foll.ows:
1. That the public utility easement and recreational ease-
ment situated ~n the County of Butte, State o~ California, as herein-

N 46°06'32"E, 125.00 feet; excepting therefrom the
northeasrerly 20 feet Iying within the 20-foot
setback 1ine.
3. That the Clerk of this Board shall cause a certified
~opy of ~his Resolufion, with the seal of the Board of Supervisors
o~ Che County of Butte, State of California, to be recorded in the
off~ce of the Recorder of the County of Butte, State of California.
