RESOLUTION ABANDONING AN ALLEY
This matter came on regularly for hearing before the
Board of Supervi.sors o£ the County of Butte, State of California,
on December 1 , 1981, in the Board Chambers, Butte County
Administration Building, Oroville, California, anc3 it appearing to
said Board that a Notice of Intention and Resolution to Abandon An
Al~ey and Nota.ce o€ Time and Place of Hearing of said Abandonment
was duly and regularly given as required by law, and testimony and
evidence, both oral and documentary, having been produced at said
hearing, from which said Board now finds that the hereinafter
described al~ey is unnecessary for present or prospective public
use.
NOW, TH~REFOIZE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
1. That the alley situated in t~ie County of Butte, State
of Cala.fornia, as hereinafCer more particularly described is hereby
abandoned.
2. '~hat the description of said alley abandoned is
situated in the County of Burte, 5tate of California, and more
particularly described as follows:
Situated in a portion of TJ.9N, R3E, MDB&M and being
a portion of tk~at certain I5-foot alley lying in
Block 50 as shown~on the map of Thermalito recorded
on Wall Map Number 6, County of Butte, State of
California, more particularly described as follows:
Being the soutE~ 7.5 feer of that certain alley Iying
north of and adjacent to Lot 17; also being all of
that 15-foot alley lying between Lots 1 through 5
and 18 through 22.
Said map is on fa.le in the Butte County Recorder's
Office, County of BuCte, State of Calfiornia.

3. That the Clerk of this Board shall cause a certified
copy of this Resolution, with the seal of the Board of Supervisors
of the Countv of Butte, State of California, to be recnrded in the
office of the Recorder of the County of Butte, State of California.
