RESOLUTION ACCEFTING WORK AND ~'~NAL CONTRACT COSTS AND
DXRECTING CLERK TO RECORD NOTICE OF COMPLETION IN
SACR.AM~NTO AVENUE ASSESSMENT D~STR~CT N0. 1
WHEREAS, the Engineer o~ Work for Sacramento Avenue Assess--
ment District No. l, But~e County, California, and the Director of
Publ~c Works of Butte County, Cal~fornia, have c~rtified to this Boa~d
of Supe~visors that the ~r~provements to be constructed zn said Assess-
rnent District have been ,~nspected and have b~en ~oun.d to comply with
t,h~ approved p~.ans, specia~ provisions, and standard speci~icatians,
and have recommended ~hat the work be accep~ed as completed an the

NOW, THEREFQRE, BE ~T R~SO~VED by the Board of Supervisars
af ~he County of Bu~te, Cali~ornia, that said work is accepted as
complet~d on the ~ R~.~, day af ~ecember , 19 81, and the County
Cl.erk of the ~ounty of Butte is her~by directed to record a Notice
of Completion in the of~ice o£ the County Recorder of th~ County ef
Butte.
BE ZT FURTHER RES~LVED that the final contraet costs incor--
porated in said certi~icates are hereby accep~.ed and that disbursement
to -~he contractor shal.l be made in accordance with said final cont~'act
costs.
