EASEMENT AND RECREATIONAL EASEMENT
WHEREAS, this Board has received a petition from David
McEwen and others reques~ing the abandonment of a public utility
easement and recreational easemen~ as described below; a~d
WHEREAS, pursuan~ to C~aprer 3, Part 3 of Division 9 af
California Streets and Highways Code, this Board shall set a da~e for
a hear~ng on the petitzan fo~ abandonment.
NOW, THER~FORE, BE IT RESOLVEp by ~he Board af ~upervisors:
