RESOLUTION (No. 8]-25]) TO ~STA$LISH A COUN7Y GRIMINA~
J~STICE FACILI'TY 7EMPORf1RY CONSTRUCTI~N FUND
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors reconsidered Resolution
~o. 81-251 adopted October 27, 1981; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors voted unanimously to rescind
that resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte
declares and determines as fo7lows:
Z. Resolution No. 81-251 is hereby rescinded~; and no longer
effective.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of December, 1981 by the following
vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Saraceni, Wheeler and Chairman rioseley
