AN ORDINANCE AMENDING BUTTE COUNTY ORDINANCE NO. 7b9
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, do ordain as follows:
That Butte County Ordinance No. 769 is amended in the
following particular:
Section 3.4, subsection D, is amended to read as follows:

D. For property having frontage on Clark Road
five-hundred (500) feet north and south of
Elliott Road, to a depth not to exceed
three-hundred and fifty (350) feet from the
centerline of Clark Road on each side.
This Ordinance shall be, and it .is hereby declared to be in
fu11 farce and effect from and after thirty (30) days after the
date of its passage, and before the expiration of fifteen (15)
days after its passage this Or dinariae shall be published once
with the names of the members of the Board of Supervisors voting
fox and against it, in the a newspaper
published in the County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED and ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, State of Galf€ornia, on this 28 day of April 1964,
by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Giles Prgde, Stieinegger and Chairman McKillop
NOES : None
ABSENT: Supervisor Alldredge
