RELATIV~ TO EI3VIRONMENTAL HEALTH SERVICES

WHEREAS, this Board has adopted Resolution No. 81-1 which
established fees for certain servi.ces of the Environutental
Health Uivision; and
WHEREAS, the original fees For public water systems were
based upon community systems; and
WHBP.EAS, Butte County has a number of non-community systems
used several days of the year; and
WHEREAS, the Publzc [~Tater System Permit sectzon of Resolution
No. 81-1 needs to be revised to allow fees for non-community systems;
N04d, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board as follows:
1. That the section for Publac Water System Perma.ts of
Resolution No. 81-1 is reva.sed to read as foliows:
