WHEREAS, pursuant to Chapter 3, Part 3 0~ Division 9 of
Ca~ifornia Streets and Highways Code, this Board shall set a da~e
for a h~arzng on the pe~i~ion for abandonment,
NOw, THEREFORE, BE IT R~SOLVED by the Board af Supervisars:
1. That thzs Boaxd hereby gives notice that a~ i~s regular
mee~ing on February 9 , 7.982 at 10:00 a.m. , in t~~ Soard Chambers,
Butte County Administration Building, Orov~Zle, Galifarnia, a hearing
sha~.l.i~e held on the abandonment of the roadway commonly known as
Railroad Avenue, and ~are partic~lar~y described as follows:

102 as shown on the Map of Palermo Citrus Tract

Being that certain 60 foot right of way bounded

the centerline of Melisa Avenue bound~d on the
south by thc~ east-wes~ cen~erline of Block 102;
bounded on the east by the west right of way
