HomeMy WebLinkAbout82-008This matter came on regularly for hearing before the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, on January 12 , 1982., in the Board Chambers, Butte County Administration Building, Oroville, California, and it appearing to said Board that a Notice of Time and Place of Hearing of said Abandonment was duly and regularly given as required by law, and testimony and evidence, both oral and documentary, having been produced at said taearing, from which said Board now finds that the hereinafter described Public Utility Easement and Recreational Ease- ment is unnecessary for present or prospective public use. NOW, TH~REFORE, IT iS HEREBY ORDERED as follows: 1. That the public utility easement and recreational ease- men~ situated in the County of Butte, State of Calafornia, as herein- a~ter more particularly described is hereby abandoned. 2. That the description of said public utility easement and recreational easement so abandoned is situated in the County of Butre, State of California, and more particularly described as follows: PP14.
