This maCter came on xegularly for hearing before the
Board of S~pervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,
on Januar~ 12 ~ i982,, i n the Board Chambers, Butte County
Administration Building, Oroville, California, and it appearing to
said Board that a Notice of Time and Place of Hearing of said
Abandonment was duly and regularly given as required by 1aw, and
testimony and evidence, both oral and documentary, having been
produced at said hearing, from which said Board now finds that the
hereinafter described Publ~c Utility Easement and Recreational Ease-
ment is unnecessary for present or prospective publfc use.
NOW, THERE~'ORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
1. T'hat tize public utility easement and recteational ease-
menC situated in the County of Butte, State of California, as herein-
afCer more particularly described is hereby abandoned.
2. That the description of said public utility easement
and recreational easement so abandoned is siCuated in the County of
Butte, State of California, and more parti~ularly described as
follows:
PP 14, LOT 134
Being that certain 10-foot public utility easement and
recreat~onal easement lying within a portion of Section
23, T23N, R3E, MDM, also being a portion of Lot 134 as
shown on the Map of Paradise Pines Uni~ 14, recoz'ded in
Book 38 N,aps of Record at Pages 37 through /~1, County
of Butte, State of California, being more particularly
described as follows:
Being that certain 10-foot public urility easement
and recrea~ional easement lying southwesterly of and
parallel with the northeasterly loe line of said Lot
134, beginning at tkae nox~heasterly corner of lot 134; o
thence N 76°14'31"W, 151.52 feet, excepting therefrom ~
the most northwesterly 20 feet lying w~tha.n the 20--foot ~
setback line. ~
