PETIT~ON FOR FORi~lATION OF
ADANlS ES4UON WATER DISTRZCT
WHEREAS, this Board has received a petition of 100 percent
of fihe owners of land within the proposed Adams Esquon Water District
requesting ~ormation of said district as described in E~ibit B; and
WH~REAS, pursuant to Water Code Sectzon 34168, this Board
shall set a date for a hearing on the petition for formation of the
proposed water district.
NOW, THERE~ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Butte County Board of
Supervisors:
1. The undertaking received in regard to the 1~dams Esquon
water District election costs should the District not be formed is
found to be sufficient.
2. The Clerk of the Board is ordered to give notice by
publication as set forth in Water Code Section 34168 and in the form
attached as Exhibit "A" hereto of the time ~or hearing u~on the Petiti.on
for Foxmation of the proposed Adams Esquon Water Dis~rict.
3. That this Board hereby gives nota.ce that at its regular
meeting on March 2, 1982 at 10:00 a.m., in the Boax~d of Supervisors
Chambers, 25 County Center ~rive, Oroville, California, a hearing shali
be held on the formation of the proposed Adams Esauon Water District_as
clescribed in E~ibit "B" attached hereto.
