Partners, has pe~itioned the Local Agency Foxmation Commzssion for
the formation of County Service Axea No. 83, Lakeridge Village
County Service Area, and
~4FIEREAS, the Bufte County Lpcal Agency ~ormation Commission
]ias approved this annexation, and des~gnated it 81-37, C.S.A. No. 83,
Lakeridge Village (lighting, starm drainage}, the exterior boundaries
of which are descriUed in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part
hereof by this reference, and
WH£REAS, the Butte County Local Agency Formation Gommission
has duly approved and autl~orized the Board of Supervisors to form
said district, and
I~HEREAS, the territory is uninhabited, and
WH~REAS, the reason for this formation petit~on zs to provide
streetlighting andstorm drainage service to the area.
NOlV., TE~EP.EFORE, BE IT 12~SOL~D, that the territory described
in Exhibit A is designated 81-37 C,S.A. ~p. 83, Lakeridge Viliage
[lighting, storm drainage), is hereby foxmed,
