and others requesting the abandonment of a public utility easement
and recreational easement as described below; and
GTHERBAS, pursuant to Chapter 3, Part 3 of Division 9 of
California Streets and Highways Code, this Board sha11 see a date
for a hearing on the petition for abandonment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors:
1. That this Board hereby gives notice that at its
regular meeting on March 30

Board Chambers, Butte Coun~y Administration Suildang, Oroville,
California, a hearing sha11 be held on the abandonment of the
following described easement:
Being that certain 12-foot public utili.ty easement
and recreational. easement lying wiChi.n a portion
of Section 35, T23N, R3E, ~I.D.M. also lying within
Lot 118 as shown on the map of Yaradise Pines Country
Club Estates Unit 4, recorded in Book 38 maps of
record at pages 69 ~hrough 73, County of Butte, State
of California, being more particularly described as
follows:
' Being that certain 12-foot publa.c utility
easement and recreational easement lying
northerly of and para11e1 with the southerly
lot line of aid Lot 11$, beginning at the
southeasterly lot cornez of said LoC 118,
thence S 89° 47' 28" W 84.00 feet to the
southwesterly lot corner of said LoC 118.
2. That a map showing said portion of said public utility
easement and recreational easement to be abandoned is on file at the
Butte CounCy Public Works Department, 7 County Center Drive, Oroville,
California.
