determined that for efficient operation o~ the Paradise Justice
Court of the County of Butte, the necessity has arisen for the
esCablishment of a cash difference fund and a cash overage fund;
an d
WHEREAS, the Government Code of the State of California,
Sections 29370 et seq provide for the establishment of such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED BY THE BOAP~D OF SIJPERVISORS OF
THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, as follows:
1. There is hereby established a cash difference fund for
the use of the Paradise Justice Court of the County of Butte.
2. There is hereby established a cash overage fund for the
use o~ the Paradise Justice Court of the Caunty of Bu~te.
3. The Auditor-Controll.er of the County of Bu~te is hereby
authorized and directed to draw a warrant for the sum of $50.00
in favor of the Parad~.se Justice Court of the Covnty of Butte.
4. Any officer or employee of ~he Paradise Justice Court of
the County of Sutte who receives or disburses money placed in his
custody by the Paradise Justice Court of rhe County of Butte shall.
render a written repoxt at the close of each bvsiness day, setting
forth the exact sum of any cash deficit or overage i.n his account
for that day. The .7udge of the Paradise .Tustice Court, County of
Butte shall imsiediately reimburse a cash deticit reported to him
provided, however, Che reimbursement shall not exceed the amount of
cash difference fund.
5. ~he Judge of the Paradise Justice Court of the County of
Butte immediately upon report to him of a cash overage shall deposit
said overage in cash overage fund.

6. At the end of eac~ fiscal year tne Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte sha11 transfer any money in the cash overage
fund to the County General Fund.
