WHEREAS, the Butte County Board of Supervisors has recognized a
need to modify office hours in certein departments to obtain efficiency
utilizing existing staff; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance Number 2241 provides that the Board of
Supervisors may adopt a resolution specifying those office hours which a
department will be open to public business transactions; and
W~EREAS, the Planning Director has reques~ed that office hours
be reestablished to normal business hours.
NOW, THEREFQRE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Pianning ~epartment hours
be changed to be o~ened to the ge~eral pub7ic on normal business hours from
8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on regular business days.
