FESOLUTION IN RECOGNITION OF
COMMISSIONER RAE WHEELER
WHEREAS, Rae Wheeler has served as a member of the Batte County rlanning
Co[nmission, representing the 4tn Bistrict, since Feoruary, 1978; and
