WHERFAS, on December 1, 1981 the Butte County Board of Supervisors,
pursuan~ to Section 6322.I of the Business and Professions Code, increased
the Law Library filing fee from $7.00 to $9.00 for each first filing in a
civil action; and
WHEREAS, on March 16, 1982 the Board of Supervisors were advised
that the increased Law Li6rary filing fee will result in a decrease in
monies ~eposited ~n the County Genera] Fund.
~OW, 7HER~FORE, BE IT RESOL~FD, that the Board of Supervisors
hereby rescinds previous act~on increasing the Law Li6rary fi1ing fee and
re-establishes the old Law Library filing fee of $7.00 for each first filing
in a civiT action.
PASSED A~D ADOPTED this 23rd day of march , 1982 by
the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Fulton, Moseley, Saraceni and Chairman Wheeler
