This matter came on regularly ~or hearing b~~or~ the
Board o~ Supe~vzsors o~ ~he Caunty of Butte, State of California,
on March 30 , 198 2, in the Board Chambers, Bt~tte County
Administration Building, oro~~iie, Califo~nia, an.d zt appeaz~ing ~o
said Board that a Notice of '~ime and Place o~ Hearing of said
Abandonment was duly and regularly giv~n as required by ~.aw, and
testimony and evidence, both oral and documentary, having b~en
produced at sai.d ~ieara.ng, from which said Board now finds that the
hereina~ter descrii~ed Public Iltility ~asement and Recreational Ease-
men~ is unnecessary for presen~ or prospective pub~.ic use.
NO~I', THER~FORE, iT IS HEREBY ORDERED as fo~laws:
