HomeMy WebLinkAbout82-057Resolufion RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FEES FOR ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH SERVICES GTHEREAS, rhis Board has adopted resolutions in the past establishing fees for certain services of the Environmental Health Divison; and WHBREAS, Chis Board may, pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 510, adopt fees to cover all Enviromental Heaith services required pursuanC Co Seate 1aw; and WHEREAS, an ordinance establishing Public Health Certificate of Operatzon permits has been adopted by this Board; and WHERE,AS, the Butte Co~nty Code also auCharizes fees for certaan Environmental Health services; and WHEREAS, it is necessarq Co impose fees for certain other Environmental Health services, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by Che Butte County Board of Supervisors as follows: 1. The following fees sha11 be effective February 25, 1982: Certifi~ates for Loans (FHA, Cal Vet, etc.): a. Septic tanks $ 18.00 b. Wells 18.00 c. Required Water Sample: (1) ~"irst sample 8.50 (2) Each additional sample 20.00 Well Permirs: a. Neur wells 36.00 b. Drainage well 30.00 c.
