WHEREAS, Jesse Weigel-Richard Gross, dba Nea1 Road Landfill Company and
the County of Butte entered into a contracC for Che operation and maintenance of the
Nea1 Road Sanitary Landfill on May 15, 1978; and
WHEREAS, Section l2 0~ Che contiract provides for a change in cost of doing
business whereby the compensaCion to the contractor shall be increased or decreased
in a percentage amount equal to two-Chirds (2/3); of the net percentage change in the
consumer price index by efther raising gaee fees or by other compensation.
NOW, THEREFORE, SE IT RESOLVED by Che Bnttie County Board of Supervisors
that the gate fees for the operation and maintenance of the Neal Road Sanitary

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution shall be ef£ective on 3une 1, 1982.
