WH~R~AS, this Board has ~ece~ved a petitian ~rom Mat~ and
Sara Pearson, and others requesting the abandanment of a public utility
ease~ent as described b~low; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Chapter 3, Part 3 0~ Divis~an 9 of
California 5treets and Highways Code, th~s Boa~d shall set a date
~or a hearing on the petition fo~ abandonment,
NOW, ~HEREFOR~, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors:
l. That t~IS Board hereby gives notice ~~at at its regular
u~aet ing on ~une 8 , 19$2 at 10:00 a.m. , in the Boa~d Chambers,
Butte County Administration Building, O~ovi~.le, California, a hearing
s~iall be held on the abandonmen~ of the fo~.J.owing described easement:

Being thos~ certain 6-foot public utility easements and
tha~ cer~Cain ~0-~oot pu~blic u~il.ity easemen~ lying within
a portion of Section 12, T19N, R4E and a partion af
Sect~on 7, TI9N, kSE, also lying within Lot 2$2 as s~iown
on th~ map of Kel1y Ridge Estates Unit 3, recorded in Book
~3 Maps of Record at Pages 44 through 48, County of But~e,
State of Califo~nia, being more pa~ticularly described as

no~theasterly af and parallel with the southwesterly 1ot
Iine of said Lot 282, beginning at the southwesterly corner
