pURSUANT TO CHAPTER 20 0~ THE BUTTE COUNTY CODE
WkIEREAS, the Bu~te Coun~y Board of Supervisors has adopted the
Chico Vecino Area Master Drainage Plan; and
WH~R~AS, the Bu~te Coun~y Boa~d o£ Supervisors reguires that
drainage fees be paid by anyone dividing land w~th~n the Chico Vecino
Drainag~ A~ea if pezmanent drainage facili~ies are not provaded,
NOW, TH~I~~'ORE, B~ IT RESOLVED by the Sutte County Soard of
Supervisors tk~a~ draa.nage fees to E~e charged within the Chico Vecino
Drainage Area shaZl be as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
