RESOLUTION IN RECOGNITION
OF GENE MERCER
WHEREAS, Gene Me~cer has served as secretary to the Fish and Game
Cummission for the past 14 years: and
WHEREAS, Gene Metcer's services for thE Fish and Uame Commission
have •been very muel~ appreciated in that he has contributed generously of hi.s
time and talent for the residents of the County of Butte;
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED that this Board, on zts own behalf.
and on behalf of the reszdents of the County of Butte, expresses appreciation
for the unselfish devotion and outstanding services of Gene Mercer.

20th day of April, 1982, by the following vote:
