tlie Local Agency Formation Comm~ssion for the inclusion within
Lindo Gardens S~reetlighting District, and
WHEREAS, the Local Agency Formation Commission Fias approved
this annexation and designated it 81-38 CSA ~o. 69 Annexation (Lindo
Gardens Streetlighting District-Hignell and ~tignell); the exterior
boundaries of which are described in Exhibit "A" attached hexeto and
made a part hereof by this reference, and
1VHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors has scheduled and held
a hearing on April 27, 1982 at 10:30 a.m., and no protests were heard
at said hearing, and
WHEREAS, the reason £or this annexation is to provide
s~reetlighting,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT Tt~SOLVE~, that the territory described
in ~xhibit "A" attached, designated as 81-38 CSA No. 69 Annexation
(Lindo Gardens Streetlightino District-Hignell and Hignell) is hereby
annexed to and included within the houndaries of County Service Area
No. 69 ~indo Gardens Streetlighting ).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said territory sha11 be taxed
to pay any indebtedness or liability of County Service Area No. 6g
prior to or existing at the time of this annexation.
PASSED ANB ADOPTED BY the Butte County Soard of Supervisors
on this 27th day of April, 1982, by the following vote:
