RESOLUTTON ACCEPTZNG PROPOSAL FOR SPEC~AL
ASSESSMENT PROCEEDTNG~ FQR
PARADZSE BLUFFS ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
The Boax~d o~ Supezvisors of the County o~ Bu~te reso~.ves:
Robin and Dannie~ Kez~.nedy ("the deve~.oper" ) are to under-
take the cor~s~ruction of the ~ollowing described publ.ic improvement:
The construction o~ streets, incZuding clearing, gxading,
base, pa:vement, storra drainage facilities, ~ a system of
domestic wate~ suppl.y, including fire hydrants, and under-
ground uti~.iti~s, including elec~rical dzs~ribution faci~-
ities, together taith all o~her improvements and appur-
tenances necessary far a complete sche~ne o~ publi.c
improvem~nts within Paradise Bluffs Subdivision.
The developer proposes to'this Board that ~.he
Baard o~ Superva~sors undertake sp~cia~ ass~ssment proceedings to
acquire these pub~.ic irnprovements after their campl.etion, the cost
of the acquisition to be assessed on the property of the deve~oper
benefi~ing ~rom the zmprovements.
~ This Board ot Superviso~s accepts this proposal. in princi-
p~le, subject to the fo~~owing conditions:
l. That ~h~ special assessment proceed~.ngs sha11 be taken
under the Munica.pal Improve~nent Act of J.9J.3, wi~h improvement bonds
to be issued under the Improvement Act of 1911.
2. That the de5cribed irnp~ov~n~~nts shall be cert~.fa.ed
by the Director of Publ~.c Works as complete and ready for acc~ptance
before the adop~ion of the resolution of intention.
3. That ~he developer shall. subma.t ~vidence sat~.sfactory
to this Board that the casts prapos~d to be assessed shall have been
actual~.y incurred and pazd, and that the ].and pr~posed ~.o be

This ~esolu~io~ shaZ~ in no way constitute a guarante~
or assurance that the special assessment proceed~ngs wi~l be com-
pZeted, the Boa~d of Superv~sars being without jurisdictzon to
assure the ~evy ot special assessments until conducting a pubZic
hearing as required by the Municipal ~~p~ovement Act o~ ~913.
