RES~LUTION GIVING NOTICE OF H~ARXNG ON PETITION
TO ABANDON PIIBLZC U''~ILITY EASEMENT
WHEREAS, this Boaxd has received a petitian from Ron McE~lroy
and others requesting the abandonment of a public utility easement as
descxibed below; and
WHEREAS, pt~rsuant to Chapter 3, Part 3 of Division 9 of
Cali~ornia Streets and Highways Code, this Board sha11 set a date
for a hearing on the petition for abandoz~ment,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors:
1. That this Baard hereby gives notice that at its regular
~eet~ng an ~'u1y 13 , 1982 at 10:00 a.m. , in the Board Chambers,
Butte County Administration Bui~.ding, Oroville, California, a hearing
shall be held on t~ie abandonment ot the followin~ described easement:

easement to be abandoned is on file at the Butte County Public Works
Department, 7 County Center Drive, Oroville, Califarnia.
3. That this Resolution be posted and published pursuant
