RESOLUTION A~ANDONING A PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT
This matter came on regularly for hearing before the Board
of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, on
7une 8, , 1982, in the Board Chambers, Butte County Administration
Building, Oroville, California, and it appearing to said Board that
a Notice of Time and Place of Hearing of said Abandonmen~ was duly
and regularly given as required by law, and testimony and evidence,
both oral and documentary, having been produced at said hearing,
from which said Board now finds that the hereinafter described
Public Utflity Easement is unnecessary for present or prospective
public use.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as tollows:
1. That the p~blic utility easemen~ situated in the
County of Butte, State of California, as her~inafter more particularly
described is hereby abandoned.
2. That the description ot said public utility easement
so abandoned is situated in the County of Butte, State of California,
and more particulazly described as follows:
Kelly Ridge Estates Unit 3, Lot 282
Being those certain 6-foot p~blic utility easements and
that certain 10-foot pub~ic utility easement lying within
a portion of Section 12, T19N, R4E and a portion of
Section 7, Ti9N, R5E, also lying within Lot 282 as shown
on the map of Kelly Ridge Estates Unit 3, recorded in Book
43 Maps o~ Record at Pages 44 through 48, County of Butte,
State of California, being more particularly described as
~oilows:
1. Being tha~ cer~ain 6-foot public utility easement lying
northeasterly of and parallel with the southwesterly lot
line of said Lot 282, beginning at the southwesterly corner
of said Lot 282, thence N42° 36' 07" W, I32.21 feet excepting
therefrom the southeasterly 20-feet lying within the 20-foot
setback line. ~

2. Being that ceztain 6~foot public utility easement lying t~
southwesterly of and papallel with the northeasterly lot _.z
line of said Lot 282, beginning at the sout~easterly corner ~
of said Lot 282, thence N 04° 18' 00" W, 105.46 feet, ~'
excepting therefrom the southerly 20-feet lying within the ~
20-fooG setback 1ine. ~

3. Being that certain 10-foot public utility easement lying
southerly of and parallel with the northerly 1ot line of said
Lot 282, beginning at the northeasterly corner of said Lot
282, thence N 80° 00' 00" W, 124.97 £eet to the nor~hwesterly
corner of said loC 282.
Said map of Kelly Ridge Estates Unit 3 showing the easements
to be abandoned is on file at the Butte County Department of
Public Works, 7 County Center Dxive, Oroville, Calfiornia.
3. That the Clerk of this Soard shall cause a certified
copy of this Resolution, with the seal of the ~oard of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of Calzfoxnia, to be recorded in the
office of the Recorder o~ the County of Bu~~e, State of California.
