COU~TY ADULT DAY HEALTH PLANNING COUNCIL
WHEREAS, the State of California enacted the Ca]ifornia Adult Day
Health Care Act which was chaptered as Chapter 1~66, Statutes of 1977
relating to aduTt day health care centers,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVE~ by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte that notice is hereby given that the Soard of Supervisors
will hold a p~bZic hearing to receive 9nput of 9ts intent to form an Adult
Day Health P1an~ing Counci7 pursuant to State Health and Safety Code Section
1572.5 for the purpose of investigating the possible development af Adult
Day Health Care Centers in Butte County. Said public hearing wi17 be held
on July 20, 1982 at 11:15 a.m. in the Board of Supervisors roam, County
Adm~nistration Building, 25 County Center Drive, Oroville.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolutian sha11 be published
onca a week for two consecutive weeks in every newspaper of general
circulation pub]ished w~thin the county at least ~en days pr~or to the public
hearing.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this
75th day ot June, 1982 by the following vote:
~YES: Supervisors Dolan, Fulton, Moseley, Saeaceni and Chairman Wheeler
NOES: None
