FOR COUNT~' OF BUTTE:FOR FISCAL.YEAR'19$2-1983;
AS REQUIRED BY SECTICN 7910, AIVISION 9,
OF THE CALIFORI3IA GOVEFcNMENT COD~.
WHEREAS, Article XIII-S of the Cali.forn.ia Constitution
provides that local governments must establish annual appropriations
limits pursuant to said Article, and;
WHEREAS, Section 7919, Division 9, of the Government Code,
provides that the governing body of each local jurisdiction sha11,
by resolution, establish its appropriations limit for the followin~
year at a regular~y scheduled meetin~, and;
WHEREAS, the Auditor-Controller has calcul.ated the Butte County
appropriations limit for fiscal year 1982-1983 to be $23,992,979.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the appropriations limit
for ~utte County is established to be $23,992,979 for fiscal year
1982-1983, and;
FURTHER, that said appropriations limits, and the determination
thereof are in compliance wi~h Article XIII-B of the California
Constitution.
