FOR DISTRIBUTION OF TAXI TICKET SALES
W~1~REAS, the Butte County bepartment of Public Works
administers the Butte County Transit System; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to enter inCO agreements with
outside agenczes ~or the distribution of taxi system ticket sales;
and
NOW, TH~R~FORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board hereby
authorizes the Director of Pub~ic Works to enter into such agreements
with outside agencies for the sale of subsidized [axi tickets.
