Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State o£ Califoxnia,
adopted and passed a resolution of notice of intenti.on to establish
a county service area, and
iVHEREAS, said resoiution fixed the 15th day ot June, 1982
at ~.0:30 a.m. o£ said dayin the Board of Supervisors' Room o£
the County Administra~ion Center in Oroville, State of Ca3.i£oxnia,
as the time and place for the public hearing on the establishment
of said area, and the assessment of a service ~harge, and
iVHEREAS, no written prntest against the establishment
t~~refor were filed, in accordance with Section 2521~.I7 of the
Government Code,
NOW, T~iER'EFpRE, BE iT IiESOLVEB, by the Board of Supervisors
of 'the County of Butte~ State of Cala.~oxnia, as follows:
1. That said Board hexeby finds and determines the proceed-
ings herein were conducted pursuant to Section 25210.1 et seq.
of the Government Cade, and that publication and notices were
given puxsuant thexeto, andthat said Board £inds and determines
that tihe services described•in resolution of intention to the
extent they are enumexated, are extended county services.
2. That said Board hereby determines to establish said
caunty service area.
3. That the boundaries of said service area are hexeby
tinaily detexmined and established to be the same as those shown
a.n Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference
and made a part hereof by this resolution.
4. That the name ofsaid service area sv established is
County Service Area No. 85 (Carriage Manar) (Street Lighting}.
5. That the type of extended county service to be provided
within said axea is street lighting.

5. That said county service area is established for a12
purposes subject only to compliance with the requirements of
Chapter 8, Part 1, Division 2, Title 5 of the Government Code~
and subject to the provisions o£ Article 2.5~ Chapter 2.2, Part 1,
Division 2, Title 3 of the Government Code of the State of Califoxnia.

All that certain real property situate in the County of Sutte,
State of California, described as follows:
