WHEREAS, the Butte County Board of Supervisors has adopted Resolution
No. 82-85 establishing drainage fees for the Thermalito Area; and
WNEREAS, it is necessary to amend Resolution No. $2-85 to establish a
drainage fee for uses permitted under Chapter 19, Section 19-19 (Aunt Minnie)
of the Butte County Code,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the 8utte County Board of Supervisors
that the page entitle~; "Parcel Maps" "Therma1ito Drainage Area Fee Schedule",
which page is part of Exhibit "A" of Resolution 82-85, is hereby amended to read
as follows:
PARCEL MAPS
TNERMALiTO DRAINAGE AREA FEE SCHEDUL~
Fee: $450 per acre
$250 per living unit ~o be collected as a condition of issuance
of buildi~ig permit.
$250 per parcel if property is further divided.
$250 per 7iving unit for any building permit for new living unit
on any existing lot for which no drainage fee has been paid.
FOR USES PERMITTED U~DER CMAPTER 19, SECTTON 19-19 OF THE BUTTE COUNTY
CODE. (AUNT MINNIE)
Fee: $50 payable ~rior to issuance of building perm~t.
$50 payable yearly at time of renewal of use. Total amount paid
sha17 not exceed $250.
